5. Messaging & Communication Compliance

By using CallCall.ai’s messaging and voice features, you acknowledge that:

Messages must include opt-out instructions where required

CallCall.ai may suspend or terminate services for non-compliance

CallCall.ai is not responsible for violations caused by user misuse.


6. Call Recording & AI Processing

Calls may be recorded, transcribed, or analyzed by AI systems to provide services such as call summaries and quality improvements.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.


7. Payments & Billing

Fees are charged according to your selected plan or usage

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.


8. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

CallCall.ai may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

All software, branding, content, and technology related to CallCall.ai are the property of CallCall.ai or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the services without written permission.
